'Save money': SUNDE solve customer's headache
Recently a customer from call center bought H4S RDP session based terminals and tried to use “click to call” technology that users are linked to an IP-Phone with database loaded with client telephone number. When users retrieve a customer’s account they are presented with a telephone number which they click on. That number is transferred to an IP-Phone next to the operator’s workstation and the phone dials the customer. All connections are coming from the server but click to call fails to locate which user initiate the call. 
Thanks to the flexibility of H4S upgrading to VDI , the customer didn’t need to change terminals and simply upgraded to VDI then all users are allocated separately different ip address with which they can track the agent who makes the call, finally solve the problem.
