There are two ways to find out the Mac address of SUNDE zero clients.
1, run “CMD” command: arp -a (device IP)
example command: arp -a 192.168.1. 168
Note: you can find out the device from the login screen from the device login screen when powered on. If it shows “No ARP Entries found” when you enter the command, try to PING the IP first to let the switch refreshes the device MAC table, then retry the command and you will get MAC address.
2, used only when Ethernet connected
use the system calculator to translate the serial number of the device, for example, 4169623, into a hezadecimal number, in the example, you get “3F9F97”
add “00FF88” in front, and you get the complete Mac address, in the example, you get “00:FF:88:3F:9F:97”
